Individual therapy is a great tool that allows individuals to work on a variety of challenges. As a Marriage and Family Therapist in Century City, CA, I help my clients obtain a better understanding of themselves by assisting them with the learning of new tools that will allow them to become a better self. In my therapy sessions, I do not consider my clients’ sufferings as “stand alone” and pathological; rather I focus more on understanding how relationships in our daily lives have shaped us and created or maintained the problem.

My individual therapy sessions are very interactive, warm, and solution-focused. Overall, I meet my clients at the point they are at in their lives, and together we explore the best ways to achieve the ultimate goal of therapy. I value each person’s strengths rather than focus on any limitations they may be presenting with.
